Mary Help of Christian Celebration

While the Salesian world celebrated on 24 May the solemnity of Mary Help of Christians, DBTI Henderson celebrated on the 25th of May. After a week of festive activities, such bulletin board decoration with Marian Picture, Novena and competitions, on that Friday Fr Angelo, SDB came to be the main celebrant of the Holy Eucharist. He shared value of Mary Help of Christian using the picture of Mary with the Apostle depicted in the Basilica of Mary Help Christians in Turin. After closing the mass, all students and staff involved in the game activities. Challenging the staff, the students and some past pupils present, he invited all of us to learn from Mary and always call for her intercession as she did the wedding at Cana.
