Youth life and outreach to the youth in Solomon Islands

On 6th August, Bosconians in Henderson and Tetere, include students of St. Martin Rural Training Center and Laura vicuna hostel girls participated in a motivational talk given by Fr. Alfred, the provincial of PGS. In his message he brought up the theme of “What are the challenges we meet in our daily life?” Student’s answers are Financial, Discipline, Confident, Peer pressure, Time management, Leadership, Spiritual enrichment and so on. From all the challenges brought about by the participants, Fr. Alfred came in with a different question. “How can we respond to our challenges?” Their answers were Self-discipline, Patience, Face challenges, Prayer, and Guidance. From this Fr. Provincial concluded the session speaking of 1) Discernment, you need to make a right decision. 2) Accompaniment, 3) prayer. Indeed students and other participants responded to the talk with satisfaction and personal decision to change.
