Curtain Draws on Bosco Skillup Camp 2025

Port Moresby, 19 December 2025 – The two-week long Bosco Skillup Camp 2025 concluded on a high note today with vibrant student presentations and cultural performances at the closing ceremony held on campus.

The day began with heartfelt reading performances by the campers from The Great Dictator. Each student delivered their piece with confidence and enthusiasm, showcasing the progress they have made over the past fortnight.

Fr Srimal, the chief guest, addressed the students with encouraging words, urging them to continue striving for excellence in their studies and personal growth. Miss Rita also spoke to the young learners, motivating them to apply the skills they have learned as they return to school.

Grade 9 student Serah shared her experience of the camp, saying, “It was my first time attending such a camp. Over the past few days, I have improved my reading and speaking skills. Thanks to my animators.” Her sentiment echoed the experience of many participants who found the program both enjoyable and impactful.

The animators, Miss Valentina, Leo, and Scott, expressed their positive reflections on the camp’s organisation. “The camp was well planned,” they said, adding that it “would be nice to have it for more days.”

In appreciation, the campers performed a spirited song to thank the organisers, animators, and guests for their dedication and support throughout the programme.

The Bosco Skillup Camp 2025 ended with applause and joyful farewells, leaving students motivated and better equipped with new skills for the year ahead.
